[E3 2016] Project Scorpio: Phil Spencer Responds To Sony!

There’s a verbal fight going on between Sony Interactive Entertainment president Andrew House and Xbox-boss Phil Spencer.

„Honestly, we announced to be open towards our partners, developers, and our in-house studios about what we are doing. Thus, we can ensure we have a great catalog of games at the launch of Scorpio. As you know, development takes many years for the biggest games. The sooner you can talk openly about your plans, the more it gives insurance customers until Scorpio comes out, there will be a great game line-up.

There are businessmen who would say “Hey if you talk so soon, it will have an impact on what people buy this year.” I prefer to win customers who know what they are buying.”

The ball is now on Sony‘s field.

Anikó, our news editor and communication manager, is more interested in the business side of the gaming industry. She worked at banks, and she has a vast knowledge of business life. Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
