Sony Hypes PlayStation VR With A New Commercial [VIDEO]

We’re less than two and a half months away from the release of the PlayStation VR, and Sony recaps a few of the upcoming games.

The thirty-second ad spot features games such as Farpoint, PlayStation VR Worlds, or RIGS Mechanized Combat League. It’s the usual fare of PlayStation advertisement, done in the typical high quality.

The PSVR, which will have a lower price than its direct competitors, the HTC Vive and the Oculus Rift, will not require a beefed up PC to enter the world of virtual reality. All you need is a PS4 (which has over 43 million sales by now), and you’re good to go, even though the PlayStation VR isn’t as powerful as the Vive or the Rift.

The headset will launch on October 13 for 399 US Dollars/Euros. In case you want to drive, one of the launch titles will be DriveClub VR, so you are covered. However, make sure you have enough space in your room to play!

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
