Here’s When Dragon Quest Builders Launches In The West

Dragon Quest Builders = take the basics of the Dragon Quest franchise, then mix it up with Minecraft!

Dragon Quest Builders launched in Japan in January (!) on PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, and even the PlayStation 3 (!!!), but we had no idea until now when it will launch in the West in a localized version. However, Square Enix confirmed that the game comes to the PlayStation 4 and the PlayStation Vita on October 14. The PlayStation 3 is left behind yet again. You will have to build, build, build against the Dragonlord, so there’s some story behind the Minecraft-styled building adventure.

As Minecraft is quite popular in Japan (especially on the PlayStation Vita!), you can see what Square Enix tried to achieve here in the disguise of a Dragon Quest spin-off.

Aren’t the developers a bit late with this game, though?

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
