inXile Entertainment seems to hit the goal without much effort going by the early amount of support we see.

On Fig, at the moment of writing this article, 28 days and 17 hours are remaining, and 10274 backers provided 2.167.254 dollars. The goal is 2.75 million. The fans will put together the remaining roughly 600K bucks. If you backed Wasteland 2 on Kickstarter previously, you would receive a five-dollar price cut on the perks. There are perks like digital goodies: download the second, third games, early access, soundtrack, artbook, things like that. Physically, you can get a collector’s box (even a dedicated version), design an item, an NPC, or an encounter… so the backers get the usual rewards.

inXile made two videos for the campaign, too – the frozen lands of Colorado seem to lift Wasteland even higher than where the second game’s quality was.
