PlayStation 4’s 4.07 Firmware Is Now Available

Sony’s latest firmware update is now available on the PlayStation 4.

According to DualShockers, the 4.07 system software update requires no less than 312 megabytes, so you don’t have to uninstall anything to upgrade your console’s software.

What does this new firmware bring? „This system software update improves the quality of the system performance.” We have a bit of déjavu here because both the 4.06 and the 4.05 had the exact same one-line patch note…

Oh well. Both Sony and Microsoft don’t release significant firmware upgrades to their consoles during the holiday season, so after the major 4.00 firmware update in September, we’re unlikely to get anything big for a few more months.
