Assassin’s Creed II‘s current-gen console version has a random, quite off looking character in one scene if we are lucky. He ended up as an internet meme in no time, even getting the attention of Polygon , who had to quickly retreat from bashing the subject.

However, the new patch, the 1.02, even mentions „a weird NPC face in Assassin’s Creed II Sequence 1, Memory 1,” which got fixed, and thus, removed.

We have to bid goodbye now to the weird face man, who you can see below our article. We hope the Assassin’s Creed movie, which is just days away from hitting cinemas, will not have a reference to it!
