We got to see a brief look at the Slaughterhouse mission.
„Located deep in the Georgian mountains, an American prisoner is being held captive in an old slaughterhouse repurposed by separatists to be a site of body disposal. […] Armed with a variety of weapons and equipment, Jon North’s combat prowess is fully realized when properly prepared for the mission. New to the series, the aerial drone with the proper upgrades provides an advantage before entering the area. Using Sniper skills to pick off lone separatists on watch, and then using Ghost skills to take out the enemy stealthily with the trusty knife helps create and easy way of infiltration and exfiltration,” the press release says.
We can choose to be either a Sniper, a Ghost, or Warrior, which will allow us to choose our playstyle. If you want to be a Rambo, you can do it, but it you want to stay in the shadows as a sniper, nothing holds you back on this front either.
Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 was one of the games in late 2016 that got a delay. The new release date is now April 4 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
The open world in this game is something new in sniping genre and I like it a lot. It is cool that you get to pick your equipment before the mission and I am glad to see that there will be a crafting system
Everything you mention seems cool to me. I only hope that the crafting system will make the game easier for you but you would still be able to finish the game without using it. I just hate crafting stuff in games
I like it but I get that you don’t. I don’t know an FPS where you’d have to craft in order to be able to finish the game. I am sure that it will be only an extra option you have but it won’t be mandatory
Like mentioned in the movie there will be many ways to achive goal and as we saw earlier [previous missions] there will be lot options to choose from and decide which fit our “sniper” sense.
Oh yeah and not only sniper. I am glad that we are going to also get a chance to play as warrior or ghost. I love sniping in games but sometimes I love to get the big guns and shoot enemies down with a great firepower

It would be a shame not trying ending this game without trying every from this three styles.
I will definitely try every of these paths. In hitman I’ve spended an hours to finish mission the way i wanted to. Only one detail I’ve done wrong way and restart 😀
After a vetraon of Hitman you probalby saw many different ways to the hostage in basement, didn’t you?:) I tried playing Hitman 1 & 2 but i didnt felt that game. I have whole collection on Steam and it only waiting form to pick some part and play. Last year Hitman has taken good notes. Did you play that game? What could CI Game bring to SGW3 from hitman?
I’ve finished every hitman except last one which is releasing in parts. Nice idea, I’ve never seen such. I think the stealthy part of SGW3 looks similar to Hitman in general. Open world provides to finish mission in few ways.
Like it is in other games, there is always something not exacly as we wished. Some time we take gun, tjhat we think is good for our style, but in combat we use different guns. I mean all this BF, CoD etc. Sniper class – great to have opportunity to be one lone wolf, but sometimes we running more with pistol or other machine gun instead taking targets form distance.
I know what you mean. Loads of times while playing BF 4 I have found myself running with a pistol and not using the sniper rifle. Here you can get your AK or an AR15 and finish the job
After some hours spended in BF i can say, that most popular battles using sniper class are these, where we can’t use sniper rifle:) Only knife or handgun. On maps without rules i was trying to hide or shiot two time before someone figuret out, where to find me and than i must use other guns than sniper rifle. Im glad, that this game will be mostly about using sniper rifle.
Im wondering how CI Games will made all the battles within MP feature. Will they force us to running or we will have opportunity to lie down and wait for one shot to take nemey down?
I think this gameplay looks even better than the other ones, right? Means they’re stillworking on it. I hope the final version will be amazing.
They have still 4 months so i’m sure it’ll be great. About the gameplay – it’s matter of taste, but I’m also a fan of the last one. I like such sick, scary missions 😀
Honestly this mission on winter look so nice and for me this game looks better and better from gameplay to gameplay. Enemies will tell us everything what we need to finished our mission. It can be interesting if we need interrogate enemies but I hope it not will be too easy. I keep my eye on this game.
Me too, I hope they won’t mess it up. The former Sniper Ghost game were a bit of a disappointment for me, I truly hope they won’t mess this one up.
