We Can Expect A New Game From Creator of Dragon's Dogma This Year

Hideaki Itsuno is preparing a new game.

Itsuno has been in the director’s seat of Devil May Cry since the second game (the first one was directed by the franchise’s creator, Hideki Kamiya, who’s currently working on an X1/Win10 game called Scalebound), and he’s also behind Dragon’s Dogma as well. He wrote the following on Twitter: „Happy New Year! I exert myself in order to announce a new game this year. Thank you.”

Itsuno has been working at Capcom for over two decades, which means this game is very likely going to be related to this company. He might be working on Devil May Cry 5, but there’s also a chance that he could be going back to Dragon’s Dogma. We can’t tell you when he will reveal his new project, though. At least he’s doing something!
