An AAA Shooter Prepares For A Free Weekend

Warm up your consoles and buckle up for a free weekend in one of the popular shooters!

Ubisoft announced that between February 2 and February 5, Rainbow Six: Siege is getting a free weekend. According to the French company, this trial will offer „access to all of the maps, modes, and Operators present in the full version, giving you the full Siege experience over the free weekend.” Fair enough.

With this weekend, Ubisoft tries to prepare the players for the first major content update for the game. It is called Operation Velvet Shell with a release date of February 7. It will contain a new map (Coastline) and two new Operators (the characters in Siege are called as such) of the Spanish special forces.

Attention, you will have to have an active PlayStation Plus / Xbox Live Gold subscription to play! If you have one, then don’t worry. Have fun!
