In the golden age of video games and consoles like the Commodore 64 or the ancient Nintendo consoles you could buy cartridges which granted you unlimited health, lives and ammo in various games.
According to Pushsquare, the Japanese company Cyber Gadget wants to return the era where we used a Game Genie, an Action Replay, or another cheating device to help us proceed in a game in case we got stuck for some reason. This is the reason why they will launch the PlayStation 4 Save Editor in March. This PC program will cost 70 dollars for one license, or 130 if you buy a 3-pack, and it does exactly what its name suggests: modify PlayStation 4 save files. Just copy a save to a USB drive, load it up on your PC, update your save file (you can get things like 99.999.999 Gil in Final Fantasy XV), then move the updated save back to your console.
Sony might not take it in a good way, though – even if they can somehow make the cheaters not receive the trophies, the online gameplay could still be affected in a negative manner…
