The game was revealed over 1.5 years ago, so it was about time to give an exact release date for the action-RPG.
Sony revealed on the PlayStation Blog that our Viking warrior/shieldmaiden (and thus, with a cooperative mode) will be able to slice and dice with the enemies in Vikings: Wolves of Midgard from March 28 on both the PlayStation 4 and the PC.
„Your fully customizable Viking warrior or shieldmaiden will have to master several weapon styles and magical abilities as you battle increasingly challenging enemies and boss encounters. Combat styles include sword and shield, two-handed hammer, staff, bow, and dual axes. You’ll also collect resources and special runes on your adventures. Use the game’s in-depth crafting system to upgrade your equipment,” the post says, making the game feel like a Diablo clone altogether.
However, this game will also have a rage mode which improves our skills for a short time, as well as giving extra bonuses.
