Starcraft Remastered Announcement Very Shortly?

Blizzard might be giving the Starcraft series’ first installment a minor update if we can believe the rumors.

Last year, we wrote about how Blizzard might be getting to remaster Starcraft in 2017. Sports Seoul reports that Starcraft Remastered could be releasing in either May or June. The remastered edition of the game would have high-resolution graphics, an updated Battle.net service while keeping the gameplay intact and untouched. The site thinks the announcement could drop as early as next week.

As the original Starcraft launched almost two decades ago (in 1998), it’s understandable why the game, which is still extremely popular in South Korea, could be getting a facelift. We’ll see shortly if Sports Seoul was right about the subject or not…
