System Shock 3 Founds A Publisher

The publishing company will also financially invest into the new System Shock game.

Warren Spector (System Shock 1-2, Deus Ex), and Otherside Entertainment have been contacted by Starbreeze, who will also invest twelve million dollars into the project to make System Shock 3 available on PC and „other platforms.”

„Starbreeze will be able to recoup 120% of its full investment including marketing costs. Starbreeze share of revenues will become 50% after the investment is recouped. Otherside Entertainment will retain 100% of the intellectual property relating to System Shock 3,” the announcement says.

Previously, Starbreeze has done the same thing to Psychonauts 2, which means the company is expanding – their first published game was Dead by Daylight last year, which should be out on consoles in 2017.

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
