Days Gone's Release Date Leaked? [VIDEO]

It’s time for the next episode of our retail store leaks the release date series.

The PlayStation 4-exclusive Days Gone was one of the biggest surprises during last year’s Sony presentation at E3, and back then, we had no information about when this game could hit the shelves in stores. This situation was thrown out the window by Austrian retailer GamesOnly who still lists the game with an August 22 release date (which falls on a Tuesday). The site doesn’t seem to hurry to replace it with a placeholder date, which could piss Sony off in the long run.

The game, being developed by Sony Bend, is going to be out at this year’s E3 as well, and we might learn the release date there. Until then, have a video recorded off of a PlayStation 4 Pro. If the game does end up coming out on August 22, that’s going to be tough: Middle-Earth: Shadow of War will also be available from that day…
