Gwent Heads Towards The PlayStation 4; CD Projekt RED Is Celebrating Great Sales!

The Poles tie together the celebration with the expansion and for a reason: CD Projekt RED has confirmed that the Gwent card game, which has become such a high success in The Witcher that it ended up getting its video game adaptation, will be having a technical test this weekend on PlayStation 4. The test will end on April 3 at 8 AM CET (2 AM Eastern, 11 PM Pacific), and you will be able to play the game without a PlayStation Plus subscription. GWENT: The Witcher Card Game will launch on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC during the second half of 2017.

CD Projekt RED’s latest financial report also revealed that by the end of 2016, The Witcher has crossed sold over 25 million throughout the franchise, and just the third episode has created over 236.5 million euros of revenue. Geralt has had a decent run in nine years – remember, the first The Witcher game launched on PC in late 2007! Congratulations!

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
