Strafe: The Retro Shooter Gets Three Collector’s Editions [VIDEO]

Pixel Titans’ Unity engine-using game, which is going to be playable on PlayStation 4 and PC/Mac/Linux, is going to be published by Devolver Digital, and it will be available in no less than three different collector editions. However, seeing how Strafe wants to be a 90’s FPS game, this is a brave step.

The PlayStation 4 version’s limited physical copy will net you a Steam code, too, allowing you to play the game on two platforms with one purchase. The second edition is for those who prefer vinyl: the soundtrack can be purchased on vinyl. The third one goes back to the 90s with all its content. The Throwback Collector’s Edition gets you the full game on Steam, a 3.5″ floppy disk (not the 5.25″ one – that’s from the C64 era), soundtrack on a cassette, stickers, mogs, pins, and in-door sunglasses. Nice.

Pre-ordering any of these versions will give you a bonus weapon, the VV-1N. The game is out on May 9, and you can order here.
