Project Rap Rabbit: A New Rhythm Game By The Kings Of The Genre?

Make rhythm-action great again! Rice Digital writes about how its editor heard of this project for the first time last week, with two developers joining forces, potentially resulting in Project Rap Rabbit. NanaOn-Sha and Inis might not say a lot to you, but allow us to name the games these two teams have done in the past: PaRappa the Rapper, Gitaroo Man – veteran PlayStation players might know these names!

Look at the image below: on the left side, it’s PaRappa’s cap, on the right side, it’s Gitaroo Man’s hat. The former character is owned by Sony, while the latter one is Koei’s (or Koei Tecmo, nowadays) property. We don’t know yet what this project is going to be, but it seems like Masaya Matsuura and Keiichi Yano might team up for a new project.

…and that would somewhat explain a PlayStation 4 remaster of PaRappa the Rapper.

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
