Guilty Gear Developers Are Working On A Dragon Ball Game

Dragon Ball Fighters. Arc System Works is up to another decent project.

AllGamesDelta revealed a Google-translated press release, and you can find the original here. Gematsu also discussed the game, which will be published by Bandai Namco.

It is going to be a 2.5D fighting game with 3v3 teams, and the developers will try to keep the ultra fast combat and flashy special moves seen in the original manga and anime series. Visually, let’s admit it, it looks quite a lot like Guilty Gear Xrd Rev 2, and that wasn’t bad. Although the action seems to be 2D, the camera angles can be misleading sometimes.

The game is out in early 2018 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. The joke? Bandai Namco planned to reveal the game on June 12. Oh well, one less game to write about during E3, which will kill us anyway.
