Hearthstone Pro Player Finds An Exploit; Then Blizzard Bans Him For It

Disguised Toast got on the chopping block by Blizzard.

Hearthstone, like all human creations, is imperfect. Toast showed an exploit, or more like a bug, in a stream: playing as a Priest, putting a spell on a certain card, then duplicating it locks up the game, making the exploiting person the winner, regardless of the current standing.

Instead of getting a reward for finding a bug, he got a 72-hour ban. The problem here is that this approach is not painting Blizzard in a good way. Those who play the game fair and square cannot find the way to pull off the exploit, and the developers could just fix it with a quick patch altogether. Allow us to write the method down: as a Priest, avoid the Power World: Glory-Mirage Caller Duo.

Forbes and Kotaku both seem to be silent on the subject, and the large scale censorship is alive and kicking on Reddit as well. You can see the exploit on video here.
