The creator of the game has already proposed a few changes for the game that jumps from PS2 to PS4.
Fumito Ueda told Eurogamer that he already submitted a list of changes he would like to see, but he doesn’t know how much of it will be done by the developers of the remake, namely Bluepoint and SCE Japan Studio.
Unfortunately, Ueda didn’t go into detail about what he submitted, as he would say it would be a problem if he said something, only to be absent from the remake. He did clarify that sixteen enemies will remain in it, though. He’s just supervising the project, as he’s now focusing on his next game, which he wants to finish as soon as possible. He also added that he wants to create something different from his previous three games, but it may end up similar to them in the end.
Shadow of the Colossus will launch next year, exclusively on PlayStation 4.
