PlayStation Network: August’s Best Selling PlayStation 4 Games Revealed

Sony has revealed the top list of August for the PlayStation 4 games on the PlayStation Network.

First, let’s start with the European charts for the PlayStation 4:

  1.         Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice
  2.         Uncharted: The Lost Legacy
  3.         Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege
  4.         Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy
  5.         Horizon: Zero Dawn
  6.         Wolfenstein: The New Order
  7.         EA Sports UFC 2
  8.         Sonic Mania
  9.         Rocket League
  10. Minecraft
  11. FIFA 17
  12. Mortal Kombat XL
  13. The Last of Us Remastered
  14. Cities: Skylines
  15. Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor
  16. Call of Duty: Black Ops III
  17. Star Wars Battlefront
  18. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt
  19. Friday the 13th
  20. Borderlands: The Handsome Collection

Ninja Theory’s game managed to beat Naughty Dog’s title to the top step of the podium, as Hellblade sold more than Uncharted: The Lost Legacy. Surprisingly, Rainbow Six Siege got third place, while Sonic Mania only reached 8th place. The American chart is way different, though. Have a look:

  1.         Madden NFL 18
  2.         Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice
  3.         Sonic Mania
  4.         Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege
  5.         Uncharted: The Lost Legacy
  6.         Grand Theft Auto V
  7.         Friday the 13th
  8.         Undertale
  9.         Minecraft
  10. EA Sports UFC 2
  11. Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy
  12. Rocket League
  13. Need for Speed
  14. LawBreakers
  15. Absolver
  16. For Honor
  17. Life Is Strange: Before the Storm
  18. The Evil Within
  19. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered
  20. Overcooked

Undertale reached the top 20, Hellblade beat Uncharted again (which, incidentally, didn’t even reach the podium), while Sonic Mania sold more than in Europe. We also find a Life is Strange here, too, as well as more new games than in our chart, which is somewhat interesting to see.
