Vampyr Is Delayed!

Dontnod‘s game joined those titles which cannot keep the originally set release date.

The developers, who previously created Remember Me and Life is Strange, have been working on this RPG for a while, and it was originally planned to launch in November. However, we can forget it – the developers’ statement (which we read on Gematsu) says there was an issue.

According to Dontnod, keeping a deadline should not compromise quality whatsoever, and seeing how they got an undescribed technical issue a few weeks ago, they decided that Focus Home Interactive, the publisher, will release the game somewhere during the Spring of 2018.

That’s disappointing, although we don’t understand how a technical issue can push the game’s release window back by at least four months – oh well, at least we’ll have one less game to purchase this Holiday season.

Vampyr will launch in Spring 2018 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
