Let’s recap what happened with racing games in the past day or two.

The game launched on November 10 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
Turn 10 is just days away from launching Forza Motorsport 7 (the demo is already available on Windows 10 and Xbox One – there will be complete cross-play and cross-buy between the two platforms). John Wendl, the content director of Turn 10 (there’s a position like that…?), told VentureBeat that Forza 7, which will have over 700 cars and 30 tracks, will take about 60-80 hours to beat its Drivers Cup, and that Windows 10 is offering a huge opportunity for them.
Forza Motorsport 7 is out on October 3 on Xbox One and Windows 10.
The third subject is somewhat surprising – it’s about Slightly Mad Studios, the developers of Project CARS. Their new game, Project CARS 2, is out tomorrow, and it looks like they already have their next project under development. Ian Bell, their CEO, said the following during a live stream: „Guess what the latest Need for Speed game is doing, and have a think about which Hollywood film they’re copying, and then I can tell you we have a six-year deal with that major Hollywood company that’ll beat what Need for Speed is doing. For the next six years. If you look at me, I’m a bald guy, and I work out a bit, so that’s a clue.”
Hold on… a Fast And Furious game by Slightly Mad? That would be amazing!
