Sony Made A Platinum Trophy We Have Never Seen Before! [VIDEO]

Sony pulled something new out of the hat, despite it being an old subject.

Platinuming a game is a usual term for those who like to fully complete their games – the Platinum trophy is usually the last one that the game throws as an achievement. The Japanese company builds on it now, although quite limited.

PlayStation Plus Platinum Hunters is a contest where participants have to get that Platinum trophy in a certain game, then upload the screenshot to Facebook or Twitter, tagging @PlayStationAU, as well as using the #PlusPlatinumHunters hashtag. The prize? A real platinum trophy!!! Only four of these were made, which means it will be a rare award.

Sony announced three games for the contest so far: FIFA 18, Gran Turismo Sport, and Call of Duty: WWII – the fourth game will be announced at a later date. Read the rules here.

Sony should do something similar in Europe as well.

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
