Although Rockstar did delay the game somewhat significantly, if it ends up being just as good as this trailer is, we will not be disappointed!

We see the story of Arthur Morgan and the Van Der Linde gang – they rob throughout the growing, forming United States just to survive. Hold on, Van Der Linde? This tidbit confirms that Red Dead Redemption 2 is the PREQUEL to the first game!

In the video, we see a bit of train robbery, which looks similar to the Heists in Grand Theft Auto, and there’s also some bow and arrow action, which was mostly used in Red Dead Revolver. An interesting mixture, but „stealing” from yourself is not a crime, especially if you’re a dev team that doesn’t release five titles a year.

The new Red Dead Redemption 2 trailer confirmed: the game will launch in Spring 2018 on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
