Does Ubisoft want to break records or something? With these headphones, they are on the right track.

Focal has created an Assassin’s Creed: Origins-themed headphones, which has detailed Egyptian designs, printed in 18-carat gold. How much does one of this cost? Well… 59 thousand dollars or 50 thousand euros. You read that right: 59K USD or 50K EUR! Okay, only ten of these exist, but if you want to buy one, visit Tournaire’s boutique in Paris…

There’s another expensive item. These headsets are put on bronze busts formed after the game’s protagonist, Bayek. Want one? That costs 14 thousand dollars or 10 thousand euros for you. Neither items are something that you’d just fork the cash out for without second thoughts…

Thankfully, there’s another, reasonably priced Assassin’s Creed: Origins headphones – the Listen in Ubisoft‘s store can be pre-ordered for 200 pounds. Barely more than two thousand are being made, and still, it’s more reasonable than the golden headphones…

Assassin’s Creed: Origins is out on October 27 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
