Bluepoint introduces the remade intro sequence… with a bit of extra.

Shadow of the Colossus‘ PlayStation 4-exclusive remake was announced at E3, and it’s being handled by the team that has already proven to be great at such work, as Bluepoint previously was responsible for Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection, Gravity Rush Remastered, and they were also behind the decent Xbox 360 port of the first Titanfall as well!

Sure, we have already seen this intro video already, but this time, Bluepoint’s team sat behind the microphones: Mark Skelton (the remake’s art director), Marco Thrush (co-founder and president), and Peter Dalton (the technical director). They remade everything from the ground up, and the result is excellent!

We’ll have to wait a bit more until the hero’s journey: the colossi will await us from February 6.
