The game, although wasn’t shown on the first day at the PlayStation Experience, already got a few comments by Shuhei Yoshida, head of Sony Interactive Entertainment Worldwide Studios.
Shu has played with Sucker Punch‘s game several times in the past two years, and he added that in comparison to the team’s previous game (inFamous: Second Son), it would be much bigger and it will also look better. The sword fights are already playable in it, and he thinks it has a good feel to it already.
Sony’s team visited Tsushima to research the history, the location, and the culture, and a local newspaper caught them. However, its circulation was so low that the game didn’t get leaked. Yoshida hasn’t played with The Last of Us Part II or with Death Stranding, but he already checked out Days Gone and Spider-Man. About the previous game, he said that it’s already playable from start to finish, and it’s going to be a big game. The latter game’s E3 demo wasn’t scripted – it’s an open world title which will play differently each time.
