Grand Theft Auto V: The Lindsay Lohan Case Is Over!

Lohan sued Take-Two Interactive, the owners of Rockstar (who, in turn, are the developers of Grand Theft Auto amongst other franchises) in 2014.

The court’s opinion says that a computer generated image could be considered as a portrait under current state civil rights law, but „the artistic renderings are indistinct, satirical representations of the style, look, and persona of a modern, beach-going young woman that is not reasonably identifiable as the plaintiff.”

In other words, Lohan lost the case against Take-Two. She sued the publisher in 2014 because she thought an NPC, called Lacey Jonas, was based on her appearance in Grand Theft Auto V. Also, there is a blonde woman on several the loading artwork images, too. (We included one below.)

Lindsay Lohan will not get money out of this situation, then…
