„The Witcher 4 Should Be About Ciri!” - Who Said It?

The Witcher 4? Although CD Projekt RED is now concentrating on the development of Cyberpunk 2077, we hear this name, too…

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and its two expansions ended Geralt of Rivia’s story, and the Polish team is working on something else. Still, Doug Cockle, the voice actor of Geralt (even in Soul Calibur VI!), told GameReactor how he would create The Witcher 4 if he had the chance:

„If you’re leading into The Witcher 4, I can only say I have no idea, although I think it will be. This is my own opinion, and CD Projekt Red knows what they are doing, and I have no idea what the plan is, but… If I was CD Projekt Red, I would make The Witcher 4, but I would be focusing on Ciri. In The Witcher 3 she hints at visiting other worlds (including Cyberpunk 2077!), and I think a game around her visiting those different worlds would be a cool Witcher 4.”

Cockle’s idea is not bad, and seeing how Ciri can travel through space and time, the Polish devs could easily make an origin story for Geralt, and CD Projekt RED would also make the fans happy with another Witcher title.
