Vampyr could be adapted as a television series

Will we see Dr Jonathan Reid on the small screen? In the United States, they point to it.

One of the most interesting video games of these first months of the year, Vampyr, could make the leap to the small screen with a television series coming soon. This at least points to the specialized portal Deadline, which in one of its latest reports states that Fox 21 Television Studios has obtained the rights to the adventure to develop it together with Wonderland Sound & Vision and DJ2 Entertainment.

Vampyr tells the story of Dr Jonathan Reid, recently turned vampire, in London in 1918. As a doctor, you must find the cure for the flu that decimates the population; As a vampire, he is condemned to feed on those he has sworn to heal. At this point in the production, it is not clear if it will be an adaptation of the work of Dontnod Entertainment or simply serve as inspiration for the show.

It is not the only video game heading towards the small screen. Without going any further, Halo confirmed the Master Chief as the protagonist of his series recently and it is expected that its first season premieres in 2020.
