Horizon: Zero Dawn Trailer, Release Date, and Graphic Updates for PC [VIDEO]

Aloy’s adventure is coming to Steam and Epic Games in a few weeks with unlocked framerate and various additions.

It was expected by mid-summer and it has been. Horizon: Zero Dawn will be available for purchase and enjoyment on PC , via Steam and the Epic Games Store, starting August 7 . The hitherto exclusive PlayStation 4 will reach compatible through a Complete Edition loaded with content, but also various visual improvements that have been advanced through a new trailer.

Guerrilla Games confirms that the open world adventure starring Aloy will have support for ultra-wide monitors and unlocked frame rates , the usual in this kind of computer adaptations, as well as improvements in vegetation and reflections, options to modify the field of vision – despite initially confirming its non-inclusion – a benchmark tool that the most knowledgeable in the matter will appreciate, options to map the controller, etc. On the other hand, the system requirements have been disclosed:

  • Operating system: Windows 10 (64-bit)
  • Processor: Intel Core [email protected] or AMD FX [email protected]
  • Memory: 8 GB of RAM
  • Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 780 (3 GB) or AMD Radeon R9 290 (4GB)
  • DirectX: Version 12
  • Storage: 100 GB of available space

  • Memory: 16 GB of RAM

  • Storage: 100 GB of available space

 

As for content, let’s remember, Horizon: Zero Dawn – Complete Edition will include the expansion The Frozen Wilds , the Ranger Storm Carja outfit and Mighty Box Bow, the Carja merchant pack, the Banuk pioneer costume and Banuk sacrifice bow, the Banuk travel pack and Guardian pack Nora. Those interested in reserving the Guerrilla Games title can do so now for 49.99 euros.

PlayStation Studios made official during the PlayStation 5 launch event the continuation of this adventure, Horizon: Forbidden West , which will arrive on Sony’s next-generation console in 2021 without leaving news of a PC version.
