Far Cry 6 Leaked, Release Date, Details And Gus Fring As Villain

According to the leak, Far Cry 6 would come out in this generation, and would offer the update to PS5 for free.

There is no E3 without its leaks . And this is true even when we don’t have an E3 2020 to talk about. This morning, the PlayStation digital store has mistakenly leaked the existence of Far Cry 6, a new installment in the company’s shooter saga that would arrive on February 18, and which will feature actor Giancarlo Esposito, who gave life to the Gus Fring character in Breaking Bad.

At the beginning of the month, the actor claimed to work on a large game, which sparked rumors. Now, as they have noticed in ResetEra , the PlayStation platform has revealed ahead of time this new installment of the Far Cry saga . According to the description of the store, Far Cry 6 will take us to ‘Yara’, a tropical paradise anchored in the past, where it’s dictator Antón Castillo intends to make his son follow his bloody steps to return glory to the nation.

Everything points to Giancarlo Esposito acting as dictator in this installment.

In the shoes of Dani Rojas , an inhabitant of Yara, the players will have to face Castillo and start a revolution to liberate the country. In the leaked description of the game, PlayStation notes that Yara would be the largest open world in the series to date. And they also point out a very important detail: those who purchase the game on PS4 would receive the PS5 version for free when its available.

Of course, and as is often the case with leaks, you have to take all this information with caution until there is an official announcement, even if it comes from PlayStation itself. An announcement that could take place this Sunday with the Ubisoft Forward event of the French company , where we also hope to know all the news of games such as Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and Watch Dogs Legion.
