With a new The Witcher 3 mod, Geralt can start hunting monsters with the mythical sword of the popular Minecraft!

 

One of the main attractions of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt on PC is the constant contributions of the gaming community. We have already seen on several occasions how Geralt of Rivia sported weapons that were not originally in the game, such as pistols or other firearms.

 

On this occasion, the modder Milckywayy has decided to go further and has created a nice crossover with Minecraft. The celebrated White Wolf now wields the iconic diamond sword from the Mojang game. The mod is available from the Nexusmods website, as usual, and in the video published by the Dmitri Games Studio channel, we can see it in action.

 

 

Fans of The Witcher have received great news by surprise, as Netflix has announced The Witcher: Blood Origin, a new series from the Geralt of Rivia universe that aims to match the success of the main saga without prior notice. His story will focus on the origin of the first witcher, setting its action 1,200 years before the events we saw in the series of The Witcher.

 

However, filming for the main series will still take a while to resume due to the pandemic. That said, we may not see new episodes of the warlock series until the end of 2021 or even 2022, it all depends on whether there are means to control the pandemic.
