Edge of Eternity – JRPG Beta Launch Trailer [VIDEO]

Midgar Studio’s game, Edge of Eternity, continues to be developed with great writing and an experience-enhancing new update.

JRPG fans are in luck: Edge of Eternity, the ambitious game from the independent studio Midgar Studio, has entered the Beta phase and introduces, among other things a Spanish translation. This news had been guarded with care and was not revealed until the very day of the entry into the new phase.

The translation has been carried out by Meridiem Games, a Spanish distributor, with the collaboration of professionals. The result is of high quality. The language barrier no longer exists for Spanish-speaking audiences.

The current situation of the video game allows users to enjoy something more than half of what will be a complete adventure, but do not think that the content is short. Right now, the title provides, without any problem, about 50 hours of gameplay. Also, with the new features introduced in the new update, that duration can be even longer.

In addition to translation, Midgar Studio has completely changed the camera in battles, revised cinematics (with improvements to lighting, color, and lip-sync), introduced a new crafting system, new missions and updated the design of some characters and has corrected various bugs. The game, therefore, continues its development and is getting closer to being complete.

Edge of Eternity was founded in 2015 by Kickstarter and entered Early Access in 2018. The study that develops it is located in France and is small. The title, which is influenced by Xenoblade Chronicles and Final Fantasy, is now only € 13.99 on Steam and its price will increase when the promotion ends on August 21. It seems that this is a good time for JRPGs on PC, as demonstrated by the success of Persona 4 Golden on Steam.
