MOVIE NEWS – Quentin Tarantino’s mother claimed that she always supported him in his career despite what the director assured.

 

A few days ago, the director of  Pulp Fiction surprised everyone with a statement about his family relationships. And it is that Quentin Tarantino assured that he does not give a single penny of his fortune to his mother. This, after stating that she did not support his career when he was just a child.

Now, the director’s mother, Connie Zastoupil, responded to her son’s sayings.

In a recent interview, she assured that, despite what Quentin Tarantino said, she has always shown her support for the filmmaker’s dreams and career.

“When I become a successful writer, you will never see a penny of my success. There will be no home for you. There will be no vacation for you,” Quentin Tarantino said of his decision not to share his money with his mother.

This,  after she spoke sarcastically about his career when he was just a child, indicating that he should focus on his studies.

“There are consequences for your sarcastic tone about what is important to your children,” continued Tarantino in his conversation with the podcast  The Moment. Now, her mother delivered a statement to  USA Today, where she referred to these sayings.

“When it comes to my son Quentin, I support him, I am proud of him, and I love him and his growing family,”  said Tarantino’s mother.

In addition, he noted that “I was very happy to be able to dance at his wedding and receive the news  about the birth of my grandson, Leo.”

It should be noted that she did not specify whether Tarantino does not give him any weight of his fortune. However, she said it is “easy” for comments like that to be taken out of context.

In addition, she added that she currently has a great relationship with her son and that she does not “want to participate in this drama.”
