Skull & Bones’ Release Date And Pre-Order Bonuses Leaked?

There was a leak about Hogwarts Legacy recently… is it a new trend in the making?

Aggiornamenti Lumia often informs us about Xbox and Windows Store listings before they are made public. They did so again, this time on Twitter, and that’s how we found out when Skull & Bones, which has been announced for years and has undergone at least one reboot, will be released, and what we can get if we pre-order what is a rival to Rare and Xbox Game Studios’ Sea of Thieves.

So we’ll get the Bloody Bones’ Legacy mission, The Ashen Corsair mission, a Smuggler Pass token, the digital soundtrack and art book, and the premium bonus pack, according to the leak. And the timing suggests that a new Skull & Bones reveal may come next week, as Tom Henderson, a reliable source at TryHardGuides.com, has also written that Ubisoft may unveil the slightly redesigned but still multiplayer-focused game next week.

Skull & Bones has received age ratings in Brazil, South Korea and most recently in the US, and the game might skip the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One, meaning it will be released for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PC and Google Stadia (plus a strong chance of Amazon Luna). When? According to Aggiornamenti Lumia, the game (where you start with a small ship, according to a leaked video, and the more Infamy you earn, the bigger ship you get to sail on the Indian Ocean in the golden age of pirates) will be released on November 8.

All this is not yet official, of course, but according to Ubisoft’s financial report, Skull & Bones (which has been in development at the French publisher’s Singapore studio for a good half-decade…) will reach players this financial year by the end of March 2023 at the latest. November seems early (and with this year’s Call of Duty, who knows how much that will change…), and that could change, but we’ll know everything in time.
