Xbox Game Pass: The First November 2022 Update

Microsoft has announced how it will update its subscription service for November.

Already available are The Legend of Tianding (console, i.e. Xbox Series and Xbox One, PC, cloud; launched on Game Pass), The Walking Dead: A New Frontier (PC), and The Walking Dead: Michonne (PC). On November 3, Ghost Song (console, PC, cloud, Game Pass-launch). On November 8, Football Manager 2023 (PC, Game Pass-launch), Football Manager 2023 Console (console, PC, cloud, Game Pass-launch), and Return to Monkey Island (console, PC, cloud; also coming to PlayStation 5 on November 8), Vampire Survivors (console; making its console debut) on November 10, then Pentiment (from Obsidian; console, PC, cloud, Game Pass-launch) and Somerville (console, PC, Game Pass-press) will join the service on November 15.

Game Pass subscribers get a 10% discount on Sniper Elite 5 Up Close & Personal Pack, and Kraken’s Lair is added as a free multiplayer map. Sea of Thieves: Return of the Damned runs from November 3 to 17. The Halo Infinite Winter Update is coming on the 8th, and on the 11th, subscribers will get a free update in Microsoft Flight Simulator, the 40th Anniversary Edition.

There will also be outgoing games. On November 8, Football Manager 2022 (PC) and Football Manager 2022 Xbox Edition (console, PC, cloud) will leave, which is understandable, as the 2023 edition will take its place. On the 15th, Art of Rally (console, PC, cloud), Fair Tactics (console, PC, cloud), Next Space Rebel (console, PC, cloud), One Step from Eden (console, PC, cloud), and Supraland (console, PC, cloud) will all be leaving Xbox Game Pass.

So it could be a more robust update (the two The Walking Dead games are several years old), but there will be some new additions, and a first-party title finally makes an appearance in the form of Pentiment. There are no Xbox Game Pass Ultimate perks this time, and no mobile, touchscreen-controllable games have been added. There may be such an update next time.

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
