Ubisoft’s game won’t get a New Game+ mode (which has become commonplace in many action-adventure AAA games).

Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla received an unusual amount of content after launch, but you have to consider that there was no new game for the franchise in 2021 and no sequel this year, either. That’s why Ubisoft Montréal, for example, added roguelike gameplay mode The Forgotten Saga and a Dawn of Ragnarok add-on to the Assassin’s Creed title that also acted as a launch title on current-gen consoles. The French publisher has announced that The Last Chapter will arrive in December and will “tie up some of the storylines developed throughout the game and offer closure to your time among the Raven Clan,” according to Ubisoft. There are several conditions to access the new content.
