BREAKING: Ezra Miller Has Finally Responded Publicly To His Accusations!

MOVIE NEWS – The Flash star Ezra Miller has issued a statement after a court order was lifted concerning one of the charges against him.

Last year, Shannon Guin accused The Flash actor Ezra Miller of inappropriate behaviour and endangering her 12-year-old child. But after a court hearing, the temporary restraining order was lifted. Miller fought back in his defence.

The Flash actor Miller, who uses the pronoun they/them, was never charged, nor were the allegations investigated by police, which were proven in court through witness statements and text message evidence that Guin’s claims were untrue.

Moreover, according to Miller’s lawyer Marissa Elkins, Quin accused Ezra of making false accusations at a time when Miller was struggling with mental health issues. Elkins says: “Had Ezra been able to appear in court last year and share the truth about their very limited interactions with Ms. Guin, I am confident the original order would have never been issued.”

After the harassment order was lifted, Miller made a public statement supporting the actual victims. He also condemned the abuse of the protection order system. According to them, the protection order system is “meant to provide safety for individuals, families, and children who are in danger. They are not meant to be used as weapons by those seeking attention or fleeting tabloid fame or some sort of personal vengeance when there are people in true and dire need of these services.” Miller defends their innocence, saying they were “unjustly and directly targeted by an individual who the facts have shown has a history of such manipulative and destructive action.”

Some say the actor in The Flash was the target of harassment not only in this accusation, but in others, resulting in a smear campaign that has had damaging consequences for Miller’s career and public perception. It is possible that the public may have been unaware of this evidence because the media did not follow up on the initial reports. Therefore, others in the public eye carried the torch by standing up for the actor at a time when he could not defend himself.

Is Ezra Miller out of trouble?

Miller was the target of another abuse allegation by the parents of 19-year-old activist Tokata Iron Eyes. The activist himself denied his parents’ allegations, calling it a “disgusting and irresponsible smear campaign”. Evidence shows Miller is not abusive, but that does not mean he has escaped controversy amid his mental crisis. “I want everyone to know that I am continuing to do my best to preserve my own wellness,” Miller said. The Flash director and producer Andy and Barbara Muschietti noted if there is a sequel, which is unlikely now that The Flash has failed at the box office, partly because of the allegations against Miller, it will be with Miller.

Co-stars Michael Shannon and Kiersey Clemons are also backing Miller, and Clemons thanked Miller for standing up for her to continue playing Iris West after her debut on Zack Snyder’s Justice League.

Some fans would like the media to update their reports with information that would indisputably clear Miller’s name. Miller agrees and calls on “members of the media who have recklessly spread false claims and failed to accurately report the truth and context of this story, to hold themselves to a higher standard and take the time to find the facts, rather than chasing the clicks.”

Some have chosen to defend their original reports despite the information that has since come to light. After all, Miller pleaded guilty to a trespassing charge. But even so, it may be unfair to conflate this misdemeanour and other incidents with these endangerment charges. Nonetheless, Miller is committed to reversing “the collateral damage this ordeal has brought upon me and those close to me,” and they thank those who stood by them, saying, “I will spend a long time trying to explain to you what it has meant to have your support.”
