In fact, the game’s origins pretty much rule out the need for a very modern configuration for stable performance.

 

Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis has its Steam page (for some reason it’s fashionable nowadays to capitalize either the name of the game or its link…), and here Square Enix has indicated the minimum and recommended system requirements for the game, which was launched on iOS and Android, so it’s no criticism to say that this “seven-week Final Fantasy” is a mobile port…

The game needs to be explained what it is. It’s a remake of Final Fantasy VII, but it also incorporates story elements from Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core, for example, which was originally released for PSP and has since been ported to modern consoles. There will also be new stories, including one focusing on Sephiroth. There’s no sign yet that Denuvo will be used in the PC port, but knowing Square Enix, it’s very likely (especially since the Japanese publisher used it for a free teaser and one of the worst games of 2018).

The release date for the PC port of Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis is still unknown.
