Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut: a Big Step Forward for Sony with the PC Port

Sucker Punch’s game is being ported to PC by Nixxes Software, and with a significant change from Sony’s previous ports, the success of the conversion will be of paramount importance to the company.

The Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut will include the base game, the Iki Island expansion, and the Legends co-operative multiplayer mode. Here’s the first big new feature: there will be cross-play support with players on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4, and in-game voice communication will also be included. Legends will also require a PlayStation Network account and login to access, so integration between PlayStation and PC will be tighter than ever.

This game will be the first to feature a new overlay interface on PC. You can earn the same trophies you can on PlayStation 5. If you’ve already earned them on the console and connect to the PlayStation Network on PC, the trophies you’ve already earned will be available on PC, but achievements on Steam and the Epic Games Store in general will be supported. The overlay interface will also include our friends list, settings, and profile. You’ll be able to access it on your keyboard by pressing Shift+F1. Using the interface is optional in the base game and Legends in general. Let’s take a look at the system requirements.
