Playground Games and Microsoft have already revealed two of the nine radio stations, while several additional details have also surfaced.
Playground Games has confirmed several key details about Forza Horizon 6 ahead of the game’s May 19 release. First, the game has gone gold, meaning production of the disc version has begun, and preload is already available on Xbox Series consoles and PC via the Xbox app, with Steam preload coming soon. Players will need to free up plenty of storage space: the game requires 135 GB on Xbox Series X, 130 GB on Xbox Series S, and 160 GB plus an SSD on PC. Playground Games also confirmed that Xbox Series consoles will offer two graphics modes. Xbox Series S supports 1440p/30 FPS or 1080p/60 FPS, while Xbox Series X supports native 4K/30 FPS and dynamic 4K/60 FPS.
Forza Horizon 6 features nine radio stations broadcasting the largest music selection in the series to date. The stations are Horizon Bass Arena, Horizon XS, Horizon Pulse, Horizon Block Party, Hospital Records, Gacha City Radio, Sub Pop Records, Horizon Wave, and Horizon Opus. Songs from the first two stations are already available on Spotify.
