India-based Studio Noori is taking a very different approach to horror than what we have seen from the genre so far.
We already know that house from the eye exam. But how can we recognize a place so precisely when we have never been there before? We cannot help it: we have to walk across the endless field, all the way to the door, and knock. Everything is strange when you are twelve. People tell you how to talk, how to behave, and how to see. You make up stories. You just want to play. But they noticed. And now they are taking you somewhere that promises to fix you.
Peer through keyholes. Watch from a distance with binoculars. Peek beneath the surface of reality with the Funtime-Go camera. And when it all becomes too much, when you would rather crawl into a hole in the cursed, rotting earth, play with the Funtime-Go instead, which also works as a handheld console. Check out a small collection of 1990s game cartridges and take 2-bit photos. Established in 1987, with three locations across the state – specialists in pediatric vision care, refractive correction, longitudinal observation, and behavioral discipline. CWell Eyecare, where everyone is seen.
Endless fields, winding corridors, a storybook house, and a breath on the back of your neck – all of it feels far too familiar. The windows look warm and inviting. Your whole life has been leading to this moment. This is everything you have always wanted. Everything you would die for. Use the Funtime-Go, a 1990s-style handheld, to take low-resolution photos that reveal things your eyes cannot see, along with things you will wish you had never seen.
There is also a small game cartridge collection for the Funtime-Go: worlds you can escape into, where the only thing that matters is play. Your only friend talks to you through the walkie-talkie. Until you hear the whispers reaching you… and calling you. Watch them from a safe distance with the binoculars. Never let them watch you for too long.
Farsight will launch for PC in the third quarter of 2026, meaning sometime between July and September. It will also come to unspecified consoles later. Still, the Funtime-Go looks like a NES. How is that a handheld to them?
