EverQuest Legends: The Veteran MMO Is Set to Make a Comeback Soon! [VIDEO]

Game Jawn and Daybreak Game Company have announced when EverQuest will return in a new form.

EverQuest Legends was designed from the ground up for players who enjoy playing solo and/or casually. Although group play, with up to four players, and raids, with up to eight players, are available, the entire game can be played, enjoyed, and experienced solo if that is our preferred style. In keeping with this philosophy, EverQuest Legends allows players to create extremely powerful characters, including by selecting up to three different active classes per character, such as a rogue/paladin/wizard, and by using new methods to upgrade weapons and armor. As we level up and improve our gear, we will eventually be able to take on the most difficult content either alone or with a small group of friends.

Whether we are current EverQuest players, former players, or new players who have never experienced the world of Norrath, EverQuest Legends offers a chance to enjoy everything classic EverQuest has to offer, and much more. At launch, EverQuest Legends will feature the continent of Antonica, before Kunark, and all playable races from EverQuest, including Iksar, Frogloks, and Kerrans, all in the original EverQuest art style, including classic graphics, zones, spell effects, loot, and music, plus a few new surprises.

EverQuest Legends carries the magic and nostalgia of classic EverQuest, including the original visual style, graphics, zones, spell effects, loot, and music. Experience the game as no one has seen, heard, or lived it in more than 20 years. EverQuest Legends also includes plenty of modern game features, including a streamlined user interface, improved spell and ability management, and countless other quality-of-life upgrades. EverQuest Legends allows players to create unique characters by selecting up to three classes at once, with all the benefits, stats, spells, and abilities belonging to each class. We can also upgrade our gear, up to +10, and swap and combine different focus, click, and proc effects on our equipment. With 15 available races and 560 possible class combinations, the possibilities for creating the ultimate character are practically endless.

With the additional power granted to player characters and the many benefits of a modernized gameplay experience, EverQuest Legends lets players progress through the game at their own pace and shape their own adventures either alone or with others. Although small groups, with up to four players, and raids, with up to eight players, are possible, even a solo player can build a character strong enough to take on the toughest challenges and obtain the game’s most epic gear.

EverQuest Legends will be released on July 28 for $20. That includes one month of subscription time, after which the monthly fee will be $10. Those who preorder will gain access to the beta, which runs from July 1 to July 21, reserve a character name, and receive The Legend, an exclusive optional in-game title.

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
