TECH NEWS – The global platform company behind VIDAA, V, has announced that the Spotify app is now available on smart TVs running the VIDAA operating system. This brings one of the world’s most popular music streaming services directly into the platform’s content offering.

With the Spotify integration, VIDAA users can easily access Spotify’s full content library, which includes more than 100 million tracks, as well as millions of podcasts, playlists, videos, and albums. All of this is available directly on the television screen, further strengthening VIDAA-based smart TVs as central hubs for home entertainment. As streaming habits continue to evolve, music and podcast consumption on large screens is growing increasingly quickly, while users are turning to smart TVs more often as shared entertainment devices, not merely as screens for watching video content.

The Spotify integration clearly reflects VIDAA’s commitment to modern home entertainment experiences that combine multiple types of content. The partnership also significantly strengthens VIDAA’s premium offering, while the platform continues to expand its global presence: according to Omdia data, VIDAA recorded the largest growth in device numbers among smart TV platforms between 2023 and 2025.

The Spotify app is available immediately in every market where the service operates, directly through the VIDAA app store and from the home screen. For VIDAA users, that means the service arrives as part of the platform’s own app ecosystem, without the need for a workaround or an external device.
