MOVIE NEWS – The zombie has been a horror icon for decades, but the undead may have finally found their match: a relentless Muay Thai fighter smashing his way through flesh-eating hordes to save the woman he loves. That’s the killer pitch for Netflix’s latest action horror series, which just dropped a no-holds-barred, blood-splattered trailer.

Mixing dystopian nightmares, jaw-dropping martial arts, zombie carnage, explosive action, and a desperate love story, Ziam throws everything at the audience like a perfectly-timed knockout punch. Set in a world devastated by food shortages, the series follows a determined Muay Thai boxer trapped in a hospital overrun by zombies, fighting for his lover’s life against impossible odds.

The series, titled Ziam, premieres on Netflix July 9, 2025.
