Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2: PC System Requirements Announced

The Chinese Room’s game, which will certainly make headlines next week due to its DLC plans, has finally revealed its PC requirements.

Here’s what you’ll need to run the Unreal Engine 5-powered Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2:

Minimum requirements:

Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
OS: Windows 10 (x64)
Processor: Intel Core i3-8350K / AMD Ryzen 3 3300X
Memory: 8 GB RAM
Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 (6 GB VRAM) / AMD Radeon RX 480 (8 GB VRAM) / AMD Radeon 780M / Intel Arc A580 (8 GB VRAM, Resizable BAR enabled)
DirectX: DX12
Storage: 30 GB available space

Recommended requirements:

Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
OS: Windows 11
Processor: Intel Core i5-12600K / AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
Memory: 16 GB RAM
Graphics: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 Ti (8 GB VRAM) / AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT (12 GB VRAM)
DirectX: DX12
Storage: 30 GB available space

The game doesn’t boast cutting-edge graphical features — no ray tracing is included — and it’s unclear which resolutions, frame rates, or graphical settings the requirements target. During its Gamescom showcase, Unreal Engine 5 stutter issues were still evident. Hopefully, The Chinese Room can fix this before release. It’s not impossible, as NeoBards Entertainment recently addressed similar problems with Silent Hill f.

We also reported that the community manager clarified changes regarding the Premium Edition and the launch-day paid DLC (Silk & Song). More details will be revealed on September 17, and all pre-orders on the PlayStation Store have been canceled in the meantime. Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 is set to release on October 21 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC.
