Kingdom Come: Deliverance: Henry’s First Story Returns in a New Look! [VIDEO]

The rumors were right: a new version of the eight-year-old game has indeed been released.

(Re)discover Henry’s saga from the beginning. Experience Kingdom Come: Deliverance, the iconic, story-driven, open-world RPG set in medieval Bohemia. You are Henry, the son of a blacksmith who is thrust into a raging civil war that leaves you without a family or a village. Narrowly escaping this brutal attack, you grab your sword and fight back. Seek vengeance for your parents’ deaths as you battle invading forces, embark on game-changing quests, and make choices that will have an everlasting impact.

The new versions of Kingdom Come: Deliverance feature graphical updates, including 4K resolution, an improved frame rate, high-resolution textures, and more. Medieval Bohemia has never looked more beautiful. Explore majestic castles, vast fields, and lush forests. Solve quests in multiple ways and face the consequences of your decisions. Choose between ranged, stealth, or melee approaches, pick your weapons, and execute dozens of combos in battles that are as thrilling as they are merciless. Select your equipment, improve your skills, and earn new perks. Your actions influence how the people around you react. You can fight, steal, seduce, threaten, persuade, or simply bribe. Meet real historical figures and experience authentic medieval Bohemia.

Here’s the good news: if you already own Kingdom Come: Deliverance on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One (it originally launched on February 13, 2018), you can access the PlayStation 5/Xbox Series version as a free update. Those who want to add a modernized version of Henry’s first adventure to their shelf can also get ready, as a physical edition will be released on May 15.

Nintendo Switch also got Kingdom Come: Deliverance on March 15, 2024. That raises a fair question: when will Warhorse Studios’ game make its way to Nintendo Switch 2?

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
