PlayStation Plus Extra: Most of the March Lineup Has Been Leaked!

Although the list is incomplete, we’re used to the fact that the PlayStation Plus Extra catalog is not exactly long from month to month…

As is the case almost every month, thanks to the same reliable source, Billbil-kun, part of the PlayStation Plus Extra lineup has leaked, and a few more titles will be revealed during the official announcement later today. According to the leak, players should not expect Dragon’s Dogma II, but they will get Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2, Metal Eden, and Persona 5 Royal, among others. The Dragon’s Dogma II remark refers to a rumor that drew some attention around March’s PlayStation Plus Extra games, and which singled out Dragon’s Dogma II and Final Fantasy XVI as the two biggest headliners. As Billbil-kun put it, the idea was too good to be true.

Instead, alongside the already mentioned Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2, Metal Eden, and Persona 5 Royal, the March lineup is also expected to include Madden NFL 26, The Lord of the Rings: Return to Moria, and Astroneer. The leak also suggests PlayStation Plus Premium members will get something to smile about, as Tekken Dark Resurrection is set to be the new Classics library addition for Premium subscribers this month. That said, Sony previously confirmed it during State of Play, and also announced that Time Crisis will join the lineup in May. (So the top tier continues its habit of expanding with a single game per month.)

This is still only a rumor, since PlayStation has not confirmed it yet, but Billbil-kun’s track record speaks for itself. Practically every month, he accurately reveals which games will be added to the monthly PlayStation Plus Essential and PlayStation Plus Extra selections. The leaks never include the full list, but they always include a few titles – and they’re consistently correct. Maybe tomorrow’s news will return with the official, complete lineup.
